Medium fermented and medium roasted oolong, with a moreish floral and sweet flavour.
Dong Ding Oolong Tea is one of the most famous turquoise teas in Taiwan.
The rich "fried" taste of Dong Ding Oolong with a sweet honey finish. Its aroma is accompanied by natural fruit shades. The color of the infusion is golden.
Brewing instructions
- Heat water to 100°C
- Infuse tea for 3 minutes.
- Re-infuse this tea as many times as you like
